Most holding companies subcontract execution. We don't. Senobrac's contracting arm is Superior Restoration & Remodeling — a family-built business that has been pouring concrete and finishing walls long before Senobrac existed. When the work has to be right, it doesn't leave the family.

Residential and small-commercial remodels. Kitchen, bath, whole-home — built to specification, not shortcut.

Full general contracting and project oversight. Permits, subs, schedule — owned end to end.

04 / DEVELOPMENTS

Build-outs for Senobrac's own and aligned development projects. The execution layer beneath Senobrac's real estate moves.

Superior Restoration & Remodeling

Superior is family. Multigenerational, hands-on, and built before Senobrac existed. We didn't acquire a contractor — we formalized the one we already had. Senobrac runs scope, standard, and oversight. Superior runs the work.

We accept work, not just leads.

Project work is taken selectively. Most engagements arrive through Senobrac's Network or direct relationships. Volume is not the goal — alignment is. If a project clears scope and standard, we own it from estimate to punch list.
